Villa:
- Seasons
  - Low season (minimum 2 nights): January 1st to May 31st and October 1st to December 19th inclusive
  - Mid-season (minimum 3 nights): June and September
  - High season (minimum 4 nights): July and August

  - Low season (minimum 2 nights): 149 euros/night
  - Mid season (minimum 3 nights): 189 euros/night
  - High season (minimum 4 nights): 209 euros/night
Extra bed: 25 euros/night
Cradle: free
Discounts: 10% for stays longer or equal to 7 nights

Minimum stay:
- 2 nights for low season

Standard Capacity: 4 guests
Maximum capacity, with extra bed or cradle: 5 guests

Payment

50% in the first 48 hours after booking, to confirm the reservation
50% remaining until 30 days before arrival

Cancellations

Full refund of booking amount if cancelled 30 days before check-in

Security deposit

100€ in cash upon arrival (returned at check-out)
